The company
KHAYROUAL GROUP SA is a Cameroonian building and public works company. It plans execution, organises sites and delivers structures for public contracting authorities: roads, crossings, drainage networks, buildings, schools and power networks.

Founded in Yaoundé in 2012, converted into a limited liability company in 2016 and a public limited company in 2023, KHAYROUAL GROUP has its head office in the Emana district. Its signature, The Engineer's Home, says what it aims to be: a home where engineers prepare, execute and report.

We work on local infrastructure, the kind that changes daily life in a community: a road usable in every season, a bridge that no longer gives way to floods, a school ready for the start of term, a delegation where civil servants work in good conditions, a village connected to the grid.

The committee for the categorisation of construction companies, attached to the Ministry of Public Contracts, classified KHAYROUAL GROUP in category B for the Roads sub-sector (notice no. 00018 of 24 September 2025).

General management sets priorities and allocates projects. On each site, a works manager leads site supervisors and teams, supported by the survey, geotechnical and quality-environment leads. Elementary works may be entrusted to specialised teams under contract, and large contracts delivered in consortium with other companies.

KHAYROUAL GROUP is the founding company of the IZNA Holding group, which brings together transport and logistics, international trade, connected infrastructure, real estate and industrial companies. Three specialised works companies are attached to it. Each company is responsible for its own contracts.
