Civil engineers, surveyors, a geotechnician, works managers, site supervisors, logistics and administrative staff. On each site, the organisation chart is formalised in the quality plan.
Approach and resources
A written method, from order to commence to acceptance
A public structure is built under the supervising engineer's eye and completed before an acceptance committee. Our method is to prepare every stage and keep a record of it.
The six stages

Preparation
File review, site visit, site set-up.

Survey and quantities
Setting out, profiles, setting-out report, agreed quantities.

Studies
Soil tests and foundation studies by an accredited laboratory; execution drawings.

Plans
Quality assurance plan (QAP) and environmental and social management plan (ESMP).

Controlled execution
Site meetings, inspections, measurement sheets.
- 06
Acceptance
Pre-acceptance, clearance of reservations, provisional acceptance, guarantee, final acceptance.
Resources deployed
Depending on the project, we deploy graders, compactors, loaders, tipper trucks, water tankers and pavers — notably hired from group companies — and accredited laboratories for testing. Elementary works may be entrusted to specialised teams under contract, supervised by our site supervisors.
Quality, safety, environment
Every site has a quality assurance plan and an environmental and social management plan submitted to the supervising engineer. They set out inspections, subcontractor management, the safety of teams and residents, and site reinstatement.
