Works
Upgrade of the road from Express Union Santa Barbara to the Djaouro junction via the Tchad junction, with its spurs: asphalt-concrete pavement, reinforced-concrete drains and access slabs provided for in the contract. Works carried out under a written quality assurance plan and execution procedures.
